What is the Wine Vault?
The Wine Vault is a fundraising raffle traditionally held at the same time as the Spring Fling. After sourcing wines from PHS community members, the Development Office sells raffle tickets for a chance to win a collection of exciting and delicious wines. Each winning lot is hand-selected to include a balance of reds and whites at a variety of price points, with a few fun surprises thrown in.
Historically, the raffle has yielded between $6,000 and $10,000 each year for PHS.
How can I donate wine?
It’s easy! Just drop off your bottle(s) at the front desk, or hand them to a PHS staff member during curbside drop-off or pick-up. We ask that you place the wine in a bag labeled with your name and the approximate value. Extra bags are available at the front desk.
What kind of wine should I donate?
We request red wines valued at $50+ and white wines valued at $30+. Many parents and guardians enjoy donating wines they love, or supporting local vineyards. In the past, we’ve also received donations of rosé, champagne, ice wine, and whiskey… the sky’s the limit!
How do I buy a raffle ticket?
Raffle tickets are now on sale under the "Buy Raffle Tickets" tab. You have the option to purchase one raffle ticket for $50 or three for $125.
How do I know if I won?
The winners will be drawn and announced live at Spring Fling. You do not need to be present to win—we will contact you the following week to arrange pick-up of your winnings.
